Introductory provisions

These general business conditions form the conditions for implementing delivery of goods by the firm SHOCart s.r.o., Zádveřice 48, Vizovice, hereinafter referred to as the seller.

Subject of fulfilment

The subject for fulfilment of these general business conditions is the acceptance of orders via the internet and the binding implementation of goods delivery to the order purchaser.

Registration

Every purchaser must be registered. The seller will decide on incorporation into the wholesale purchaser category.

Delivery conditions

We normally ship goods within 3 business days from the submittal of the order. The seller reserves the right to withhold shipping packages (a maximum, however, of 10 business days), if any of the titles are not actually in stock. If any of the titles cannot be secured even within this time period, the package will be shipped without these titles.

Shipping and handling

All deliveries are subject to postage and handling according to the actual rate list.

Business conditions

Rebate:

The basic discount for new customers is 30%. The agreed upon discounts to existing customers will be preserved.

Payment conditions:

Standard payment due is 60 days.
